You’ve done the planning. Let us take it from here.

For the couples who want to be a guests at their own wedding

You've spent months choosing the details, assembling your vendor team, and creating a celebration that feels like you. When the wedding finally arrives, you shouldn't be the person answering vendor questions, watching the clock, or worrying about what's happening behind the scenes.
That’s our job.

BEHIND YM EVENT CO.

Meet Yanel

With nearly a decade of experience in weddings and events, I’ve learned that the best celebrations aren’t just beautifully planned, they’re thoughtfully executed.

I created YM Event Co. to give couples the kind of support that allows them to step away from the logistics and truly experience their celebration. My approach is calm, organized, and hands-on, with an eye for the details and a commitment to making sure everything—and everyone—is taken care of.

Because you should remember how your wedding felt, not everything you had to manage.

LOVE NOTES

Kind words from celebrations we’ve had the honor of being part of.

Yanel guided us through every step of the planning process and I appreciated that she constantly checked in before and during the wedding. Little things such as setting up my dress to making sure we were constantly hydrated made a huge difference to the experience. She provided so much reassurance in what we thought could be a very overwhelming time that we were able to completely enjoy the day without any hiccups. She was also a champ for handling our chaotic family and friends.
