Hi, I’m Yanel, the planner and coordinator behind YM Event Co.

My career in events began with a love for bringing people together, but over the years, it’s grown into something much bigger. I’ve had the opportunity to work across weddings, venues, private celebrations, and large-scale productions, experiencing events from nearly every angle and learning what it truly takes to bring a celebration together.

I’ve learned that beautiful events aren’t created by aesthetics alone. They’re built through thoughtful preparation, clear communication, strong vendor relationships, attention to detail, and having someone behind the scenes who can remain calm when plans inevitably shift.

That experience is what led me to create YM Event Co.

I wanted to create a planning and coordination experience that feels personal, intentional, and genuinely supportive. I don’t believe you should feel like just another event on a calendar. I want to understand what matters to you, what you’re envisioning, and how you want your celebration to feel—then help bring all of those pieces together.

Whether I’m building a timeline, communicating with vendors, perfecting the details, or quietly solving something behind the scenes, my goal is always the same:
